JOB LOCATION: Cali Colombia - Heaven’s Capital!

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • In charge of managing clients and growing their accounts

  • Manage implementations, cases, and customer satisfaction

  • Provide demos and follow up on growing revenue opportunities

  • Growth your client portfolio - the more deals you close, the more revenue you’ll make

  • You will be involved in all aspects of the development cycle: idea, development, quality, documentation and implementation, maintenance, and application improvement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • You are a driven student or a graduate of Business Administration or Industrial Engineering

  • Need to be able to work at least 40 hours per week (what hours will you work, is up to you) - at least 60% from the office - Immediate availability

  • English is mandatory (reading and writing) - you will be speaking in English with all our clients

  • (More than) Comfortable with Technology - we are all about automation and smart working

  • Excited about being out of your comfort zone

  • We will appreciate:

    • Prior experience in the cultural environment or be passionate about it!

    • Prior experience with Technology

    • French

COMMISSION STRUCTURE:


Commission are paid once the client has paid.

Less than $50K in new deals

Sales

  • Base Salary (between $1’500,000 and "$2’500.000)

  • 10% of each new deal - average size deal is USD$3,000 - until you total rev is $50K

Commission per Healthy Portfolio:

  • 2.5% renewed accounts with 4 or + in customer satisfaction (starting with $90K in account portfolio)

Estimated Salary: $2,000,000+ $1,314,000 (Sales Commission on $50K)+ $500,000 = $3,814.000

Between than $50K and 100K  in new deals

Sales

  • Base Salary (between $1’500,000 and "$2’500.000)

  • 25% of each new deal - average size deal is USD$3,000 - calculated on the amount above the initial $50K (if you made $75K - $50K commission is on 10% and $25K commission is on 25%)

Commission per Healthy Portfolio:

  • 2.5% renewed accounts with 4 or + in customer satisfaction (starting with $90K in account portfolio)

Estimated Salary: $2,000,000+  $2,957,000 (Sales Commission on $75k)+ $500,000 = $5,457.000

More than $100K  in new deals

Sales

  • Base Salary (between $1’500,000 and "$2’500.000)

  • 30% of each new deal - average size deal is USD$3,000 - calculated on the amount above the initial $50K and $100K (if you made $130K - $50K commission is on 10%,  $50K commission is on 25%, and $30K commission is on 30%)


Commission per Healthy Portfolio:

  • 2.5% renewed accounts with 4 or + in customer satisfaction

Estimated Salary: $2,500,000+ $6,500,000 (Sales Commission on $130k))+ $500,000 = $9,967.000
