Job Description

As a Veevart Customer Success Manager, you will report to the Customer Success Director. Drive customer retention and growth, safeguarding Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within your portfolio. Maximize client value and foster positive customer health scores throughout the lifecycle. Integrate our platform seamlessly into client operations, collaborating with Support, Product, and Development teams. Emphasize value proposition and identify enhancement opportunities consistently.
