Sales Development Representative
Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will report directly to the Sales Manager. Drive outbound lead generation, initiate customer conversations, and qualify leads to schedule meetings for our Sales Account Executives. Collaborate with Marketing to develop strategic outreach plans and create compelling content to attract prospects. Execute outbound lead processes with precision, pitching solutions to meet business needs and converting leads into qualified prospects. Take the initiative and bring your entrepreneurial spirit to the forefront in this dynamic role.
Requirements
Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential as you will be engaging with prospects all the time

Salary: COP $3,000,000 + Uncapped Commissions
